The story

From the workshop floor to independent practice

Mark Cunningham has spent over 20 years in vehicle damage assessment across Ireland, the UK and Australia, working on everything from light cosmetic claims to structural write-offs and total-loss disputes.

After starting on the workshop floor, Mark moved into assessing, which means every report is grounded in how repairs actually happen, not just how they look on an estimate. That practical background is what makes his opinions defensible when they are challenged.

He founded I-Assess Solutions to give insurers, brokers and bodyshops a genuinely independent assessment service: fast, accurate, and free of any repairer or salvage interest.
